  Never have I been more upset in my life! This place is poorly ran and maintained. My grandmother passed in August 2015 and everything was paid for up front begore she passed away. It is now November and my grandmother's marker on her head stone has yet to arrive. In October, the manager realized there was a mistake and her name plate never got ordered. Now, it came in and there was an error on her marker and they had to send it back. It's going to be at the absolute soonest January before it arrives. This is absolutely ridiculous. All they are willing to do is apologize. Nobody will take accountability for this. My grandmothers grave is sinking in too! I dread the time I pass away- It will be my luck I'm done this same way. I plan to file a complaint with the state because this is outrageous!

  Lakewood South is my families cemetery and I have a lot there also. While your sales staff is always nice and informative of course their main concern is to "sell" you something constantly. There are phone calls all the time and if you go into the office to ask a question you get hit with sales talk. They are not so quick at all in addressing the ongoing maintenance problems I have expressed concerns about. They just say the corporate office is aware of the issues. There is a new mausoleum going in at this time but when I question why the needed repairs are not done first I only get the same answer.... Corporate knows........So if this makes it's way to corporate I suggest you take a look at the big pot holes in the road, the broken sidewalks leading up to the top of each garden (with grass growing through the cracks), the drainage ditches are in pieces and it looks horrible and isn't safe. I tried taking my Mother to see my brother's grave and we couldn't get her up there!! It use to be a pretty cemetery but not any more!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE before I will spend any more money completing my purchases there.

  My husband and I had 2 burial plots with this cemetery . We fell upon hard times and had alittle trouble finishing the payments. They cancelled our contract and we only owed $258.00. We already paid in $1864.00 ,plus our money will not be refunded!!! My husband was very upset,cause our plots are next to his dad!!

  We really appreciate how well the grounds are maintained! Not totally pleased with all the caution tape around the the concrete steps close to the office though.
